1 And the heaven and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
2 And on the seventh day God finished His work which He had made; and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and hallowed it; because that in it He rested from all His work which God in creating had made.
As I have said, each act of change is an act of witchcraft.  Here, G-d does something different than the previous six days.  He rests.  And not just does he rest, he hallows the day.  The act of hallowing is the setting aside of something for a specific purpose.  This is the same thing that is done when a Feri witch does when she casts a sphere, setting aside the area for the working.  This is the same thing a 1734 witch does when he lays out the compass.  This hallowing, along with resting, is an act of witchcraft.

This is the seventh day of creation.  Seven is the letter Zayin, the letter that is crowned, just as the seventh day is the crown of creation.  Nine is the letter Tet.  Tet represents Tov, good.  The finished creation was very good.

Note:  I started these posts on January 23, 2009 with this post.   I finished the Eighth Act of Witchcraft on February 17, 2009, and never got around to doing this last post.  You can find all of them under the tag "genesis" if you are interested.  When I get time, I'll do a summary post that links to each of them.  In the future, more posts could have the "genesis" tag, at the time of this post, only these do.
